Renowned Swiss Luxury Watch Brand - Senior Sales Associate/ Sales Associate

Location: Central (Orchard/ City Hall)
Basic Salary + Monthly Allowances + Attractive Commissions
Attractive Company Benefits - AWS, Yearly Increment etc
4 days work week ONLY - based on duty roster

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve store sales targets and personal KPIs through excellent customer engagement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sales growth.
Deliver exceptional customer service by following Breitling’s sales techniques and service standards.
Develop strong knowledge of Breitling products, brand heritage, and industry trends.
Support store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and special projects.
Maintain professional grooming, comply with company policies, and assist with opening and closing duties.

Requirements:

Prior experience in luxury retail / watches / jewellery / accessories preferred
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Well-groomed, professional, and confident in client-facing environments
Sales-driven mindset with ability to meet or exceed targets
Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
