The Role
An exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and expanding Singapore office as a Senior Associate and become a member of our Global Finance Practice. The ideal candidate should cover the Asia-Pacific region for a global practice, and advise on banking & finance related matters, with a focus on:
- Structured finance
- Project finance
- General lending and security
- Banking & finance regulatory and advisory
Work with the Singapore partners to support and interact with the team's clients which include financial institutions, funds and multi-national corporates throughout the region.
Qualification and Experience- Brazil 5-7 PQE; UK 5-7 PQE; Singapore 7-9 PQE; other jurisdictions: equivalent PQE.
- Law degree from a reputable school with strong academic track record.
- International law firm background and/or international experience preferred.
- Good legal writing and drafting skills.
- Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills.
- Dynamic team player, ambitious, self-motivated, and resilient.
- Second working language proficiency a plus.
- Written assessment and references will be required.
