Key Responsibilities:

Sales Assistant/Store Associate

Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the perfect footwear for their needs.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and managing inventory.
Stay informed about HOKA products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
Assist with visual merchandising to showcase our products effectively.

Requirements:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Passion for outdoor activities, running, or fitness.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Enthusiasm for learning about HOKA products and sharing that knowledge with customers.
