Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor [SL]

• Understanding tender/contract/document/specifications/terms of contract.
• Analysing quotations/prices/rates, build-up rates and perform pricing.
• Preparation of budgets and cash flow forecast.
• Carry out quantity take-off, measurement, and cost planning for ongoing projects.
• Valuing completed works, filing of progress claims and all other necessary contract documents administration works.
• Prepare interim valuation and certificate of sub-contractors claims according to work completed and evaluate variation claims.
• Prepare and manage variation order claims, Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and payments to subcontractors and suppliers, including final accounts.
• Attendance of site/technical meetings as and when required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying or Building or equivalent (Construction Management, Civil Engineering).
• 2 years experience in construction estimating methods, cost control principles, and procurement processes.
• Knowledge of Singapore building regulations and contract forms will be added advantages.
