Operations Executive (Facilities & Estate Management)

Working Hours- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- May be required to support school events on Saturdays or outside normal working hours when required.
- Sundays and Public Holidays are generally non-working days unless required for major school events.
GoalSetterz Business Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations Executive to be deployed at College @ Tampines . The successful candidate will support the school's daily operations by coordinating facilities management, estate maintenance, contractor management, logistics, safety and security, operational planning, and campus relocation activities.
This role requires a highly organised individual who can coordinate multiple stakeholders while ensuring the school's facilities remain safe, efficient, and operational.
Key ResponsibilitiesEstate & Facilities Management
- Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works.
- Conduct routine inspections of school buildings and facilities.
- Report defects and follow up on rectification works.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with contractors and Facility Management teams.
- Maintain maintenance records, warranties, and asset documentation.
- Support planning and coordination for campus relocation projects.
- Coordinate relocation of furniture, equipment, and operational assets.
- Assist in operational readiness exercises, inspections, and defect management.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, MOE, and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate daily security operations.
- Conduct safety and security inspections.
- Assist in incident reporting and emergency preparedness exercises.
- Monitor CCTV, access control, alarm, and visitor management systems.
- Coordinate cleaning, pest control, waste management, and landscaping services.
- Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Coordinate operational support for school events, examinations, and ceremonies.
- Arrange venue setup, logistics, furniture movement, transport, and audio-visual requirements.
- Maintain inventory records of furniture, equipment, and operational assets.
- Coordinate stocktaking exercises.
- Support asset replacement and disposal programmes.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and government agencies.
- Monitor contractor performance and service standards.
- Follow up on maintenance requests and service delivery.
- Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare operational reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with MOE policies and statutory safety requirements.
- Assist in procurement administration, quotation tracking, and verification of completed works.
- Monitor operational expenditure and support budget planning.
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Nitec, Higher Nitec or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, Estate Management, Operations Management, Rapid Transit Technology, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in facilities management, estate operations, operational support, transport operations, or institutional environments.
