• Job Title: Logistic Customer Service Officer
• Salary: Basic salary up to $3000
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday
• Location: East Region, Changi
• Job Description:
• Prepare and propose air freight quotations and tailored logistics solutions
• Coordinate with airlines and manage booking arrangements
• Communicate with customers on shipment instructions and updates
• Liaise with external vendors and support operational handover to the Operations team
• Monitor shipments, handle costing, and resolve any operational issues

✅ Requirements:

• ? Familiar with Microsoft Office and operational systems
• ? Customer-oriented with good communication skills
• ⏱ Able to support additional working hours when required
• Possess some knowledge in Air/Sea logistics will be an advantage
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Must have the passion in learning
