Site Supervisor (Up to $4,500 / 5 days) - Bukit Batok

Location: Based on project (current project at Jurong)

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Attend daily subcontractors’ meetings to discuss structural and architectural issues, ensuring work aligns with project schedules and approved drawings.
• Monitor site progress, safety compliance, and quality of works; report findings, take corrective actions for non-conformance, and support EHS programs.
• Conduct and record daily inspections with RE/RTO, address comments promptly, and maintain proper documentation for future reference or legal matters.
• Guide and coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and peers with professionalism; consult senior staff when in doubt and foster mutual respect.
• Strive for timely approvals, apply BCA good practices, explore cost-saving methods, and accept additional tasks that contribute to project efficiency.
• Mentor and support new site supervisors to ensure smooth team integration without affecting project progress.
• Continuously upgrade knowledge through courses and training to meet or exceed industry standards.

• 3 years and above Singapore Site supervisor Experience
• Diplome & above
