About the role

Currently expanding, we are seeking experienced Senior / Site Engineers to join our dynamic team at Halex Construction Pte Ltd. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of civil engineering projects within the West Region.

This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, contributing to the growth and development of our company.

What you'll be doing

Working onsite to oversee the whole construction process, in ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.
Conducting site inspections and surveys to assess project requirements and identify potential challenges.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, clients and subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Preparing technical reports and documentation to support project management and decision-making.
Attend site meetings as and when required.

What we're looking for

A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in Singapore.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Independent, diligent and highly motivated.
