Our client, a reputable MNC main contractor, is looking for a Project Manager for an on-going soil project.

about the job

Plan all works on site
Responsible for site preparation works and monitor work progress
Coordinates between sub-contractors/vendors/internal departments
Conduct regular site progress meeting with subcontractors, monitor
Report on the project status and site progress regularly to the Project Manager
Responsible to understand the geotechnical aspects of the project e.g. Soil Condition

skills & experience required

Degree in Geotechnical / Civil engineering
Comfortable to be on site (island wide)
Comfortable to undergo Rostered Routine Testing (RRT) to enter worksite
Certified Technical Controller (per BCA SB PW, and CRS CR08 L3) - non negotiable
Certified Technical Manager (per SAC CT32 Cat L G1) - non negotiable
Specialised experience in bored pile works
