Our client is a renowned telecommunications firm in Japan offering extensive global and local communication solutions tailored to the unique needs of each region. They are currently looking to hire a Sales Account Manager to join their esteemed organisation.
【 Responsibilities 】- Identify and develop new business opportunities with non-Japanese companies.
- Define key target markets and uncover growth opportunities through market analysis.
- Research market needs, key business drivers, barriers to entry, and main competitors.
- Propose effective market entry strategies and estimate potential across the short to long term.
- Identify potential clients and gather intelligence to craft tailored engagement strategies.
- Analyse client business priorities, investment focus, and key stakeholders to inform account planning.
- Help define optimal business models by aligning value propositions, partnerships, cost, and revenue structures.
- Use collected data to create impactful market penetration strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to design go-to-market campaigns for target clients.
- Prioritise markets, develop sales strategies, identify key customers, and set actionable goals to achieve business objectives.
- Commission (Individual performance)
- Annual Leave: 12 days (up to a maximum of 22 days)

【 Requirement & Preferences 】
(Must)- Minimum 3 years of Min 3 years of sales experience in an SI (System Integrator) environment or related.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on Network/ Infra/ Security, etc, and related deals with relevant Certificates and experience
- Experience in exploring new markets, building up validated leads with commitment to deal closure is a must
- Proven client engagement and consulting experience coupled with solid experience
- Good understanding of relevant technologies and applications
- Proactive in building a sales pipeline and identifying quality prospects.
- Experience in IT strategy and digital transformation engagements.
