Quantity Surveyor (Architectural)
- Prepare tender submission, handle progress claims, variation orders and finalize project accounts
- Administration of tenders - prepare Quotation, tender and contract documents including Bill of Quantities, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting
- Final Account Preparations
- Take-off quantity, prepare bill of quantity, cost estimation for tender & on-going projects
- Monitor project delivery to ensure materials are in accordance to contractual terms and conditions
- Updating & tracking of drawings to ensure timely information
- Maintain proper & complete set of contract documents
- Contracts administration such as valuations of variations etc.
- Attend site meetings (if required) and assist supervisors in letter/report writing correspondences
- Other adhoc duties assigned by Manager
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Possess minimum 1 year of working experience in local construction industry
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills with people of all levels
- Preferred to be bilingual in English and Chinese (Need to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and colleagues)
