Procurement Intern (6-Month Internship)

We are seeking a meticulous, task-oriented individual with a positive attitude to join our Procurement Department for a 6-month internship.

• Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) sourcing activities for materials and services across key business categories, in alignment with organizational value creation objectives.
• Assist in managing supplier relationships through Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs and conduct vendor assessments in accordance with ISO standards, Procurement policies, and the organization's Code of Conduct (TCOC).
• Perform spend analysis through data collection, market research, trend analysis, and supplier analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.
• Support procurement projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness.
• Participate in and promote workplace safety programs in line with organizational safety objectives and standards.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Positive attitude with strong willingness to learn.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to commit to a full-time 6-month internship.

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and data analysis.
