- Understand client training needs and propose suitable programs.
- Present training solutions and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Track and report sales performance.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and training industry developments.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in training, education, or a related industry
- Proven ability to drive sales and manage client relationships
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- Those with several year of experiences may be considered for senior position with additional responsibility including supervising the daily sales process, coaching junior representative, and implementing the sales strategy set
