IT Operations Manager and Business analyst

We are seeking an independent and proactive IT Business Analyst/ PM with experience in digital project delivery, CRM platforms, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination.

Exposure to enterprise digital platforms and UAT coordination, with Salesforce/ CRM knowledge being an added advantage, will be highly valued.

We are seeking a self-managed and IT-savvy Operation OR Business analyst / PM- professional to support the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of existing digital systems.

This role suits a hands-on business analyst profile who can manage assigned workstreams independently, work directly with stakeholders and vendors, and deliver small to medium initiatives end-to-end.

• Manage and support day-to-day operations of enterprise digital and IT systems, including issue tracking, follow-ups, and resolution.
• Manage assigned projects and change requests from requirements through delivery by tracking timelines, actions, and dependencies, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Engage business users to gather and document functional requirements and translate them into clear requirements for IT teams or external vendors.
• Coordinate with external vendors across the delivery lifecycle, including development, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, issue resolution, and escalation.
• Support UAT planning and execution and coordinate rollout activities.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, status updates, and reports.
• Support procurement activities, including quotations, vendor coordination, and contract administration.
• Organise and support project meetings, training sessions, and workshops, including preparation of presentation materials where required.
• Provide occasional after-hours system support when required.

• Diploma or degree in Information Systems, Business IT, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in IT business analysis, or digital project delivery roles.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple priorities concurrently.
• Experience with CRM or enterprise digital platforms. Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working with business users and vendors.
• Clear communicator, organised, and reliable in follow-through.
