Finance Executive (4 Months Temp Contract, starting mid-November) - Bukit Batok

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join us on a 4 months temporary contract, starting mid-November. This role is ideal for individuals who are available for short-term assignments and can contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform GL posting for all receivables and payables
• Prepare and offset AR & AP vouchers
• Handle bank reconciliations and daily bank statement updates
• Update daily cash flow
• Prepare remittances for all payments
• Monitor monthly AR aging and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Manage inter-company AR & AP settlements
• Generate FX gain/loss reports
• Ensure timely month-end closing
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks related to Finance & Accounts

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance or Accounting
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Experience with JD Edwards Accounting System is an advantage
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work independently

Contract Duration:

• 4 months (Temporary position)
