Team Leader, Visitor Management Service

Working Hours: 7:30am to 5:00pm / 8:00am to 5:30pm / 10:30am to 8:00pm / 11:30am to 9:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations for Visitor Management Services
- Oversee and monitor performance of staff to ensure service levels are met
- Manage resources including manpower, equipment and supplies in daily operation
- Handle complaints/ feedback and resolve issues by performing service recovery. To escalate to Superior when need arises
- Investigate causes of discrepancies and complaints and to take corrective actions
- Disseminate operational updates/ information to staff promptly and accurately
- Conduct on-the-job training and refresher training programs
- To perform temperature taking and other data collection as and when required by the Company
- To operate and manage work areas required as per the role of a Patient Service Associate in the event of shortage of staff
- Any other relevant duties as and when assigned by the Superior
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of working experience in frontline customer service with 1 year of experience in team leading
- Prior experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage
