About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and resourceful Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent across various business functions including operations, supply chain, marketing, technology, and commercial.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys collaborating with business leaders to shape hiring strategies that fuel rapid organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and job requirements.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates through online platforms, referrals, networking, and proactive headhunting.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from role briefing, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to continuously improve time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure smooth workforce planning and alignment with business goals.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring activities.
  • Coach and mentor junior recruiters to strengthen the recruitment team’s capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within the FMCG, retail, or e-commerce industry.
  • Proven success in hiring for both corporate and frontline roles in a fast-moving business environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a passion for finding the right talent.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus, as this role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
