Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute event strategies, including attendee acquisition, sponsorship packages and promotional initiatives Take end-to-end ownership of projects and initiatives, from ideation through to execution and delivery Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, operations, legal and finance to achieve shared objectives Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies across web3, AI and FinTech Our Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of proven experience in business development and/or sales within Investment Banking or Venture Capitals Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting High sense of urgency and resilience, with the ability to perform under pressure Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
