Geylang - Program Coordinator (6 months contract)

• Coordinate meetings and communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and alignment with organizational guidelines
• Support end-to-end project administration, including planning, tracking progress, preparing materials, and managing timelines and deliverables
• Manage consultant contracts and payments, and assist with budget forecasting, tracking, and reporting
• Monitor risks, support change management processes, and ensure project alignment with business objectives and established procedures
• Maintain organized project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and data management using tools like SharePoint, MS Teams, and dashboards
• Analyze and present project data to support decision-making, stakeholder reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
