You’ll step into a high-impact leadership position where your financial expertise will influence strategic decisions, optimise systems, and empower teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead all finance-related matters — from budget planning to daily operations
- Provide clear, data-driven insights to guide senior leadership and influence strategic direction
- Strengthen financial processes to ensure compliance, transparency, and operational efficiency
- Build and lead a capable, service-driven finance team equipped for future growth
- Produce timely and accurate financial reports to support business performance visibility
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders on all finance-related matters
- Oversee cash flow, cost control, and financial forecasting
- Mentor team members and foster financial literacy across the business
- Continuously improve finance systems, reporting tools, and operational workflows
Requirements:
- 8–10 years of finance or accounting experience, with at least a few years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on financial execution
- Background in real estate, hospitality, asset management, or similar sectors is preferred
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards
- CPA/CA qualification preferred; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience in leading teams and improving cross-functional collaboration
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial matters to non-financial stakeholders
- Tech-savvy with a continuous improvement mindset
