• Saturday: 10:30am – 2:30pm
• 2 weekdays per week (schedule confirmed weekly based on operational needs, weekdays: 8:30 - 5:30pm)
• Approximately 18–20 hours per week

Job Summary

High Frequency Apparel (HFA) is looking for a reliable and hands-on Part-Time Warehouse Assistant to support our weekend and weekday fulfillment operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for flexible, regular part-time work in a fast-growing e-commerce brand.

Job Description

You will work alongside our full-time warehouse team to help pack and prepare online orders, manage stock, and keep the warehouse running smoothly. No experience required — we will train you.

Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare online orders from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and our website accurately and on time
• Assist in stock counting, stock checks, and inventory updates
• Help receive, unload, and store incoming goods
• Carry, move, and organize cartons and inventory within the warehouse
• Prepare orders for courier pickup
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
• Assist with other ad-hoc warehouse tasks when required

• No prior experience required — training will be provided
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and carrying
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Able to commit to Saturdays and 2 weekdays per week
• Positive attitude and team player
