Technical Officer / Supervising Officer - Bukit Batok

We are hiring for our client in the Facilities Management Industry who is looking for a passionate Technical Officer / Supervising Officer to join their growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identified and report faulty incidents, operational issues, and emergency incidents performed by the Contractor IFM team and external contractors.
• Supervise that stipulated Response Time (RT) and Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT) Review all work done and reports and ensure that the submission meet Authority’s stipulated requirements.
• Set-up, manage and provide IFM feedback and helpdesk. Manage and actively respond (including closure) to building users feedback on estate related matters.
• Manage and actively engage with building tenants on estate/FM related matters.
• Raise WO in the Authority’s Procurement Systems.
• Raise Purchase Order (PO) in the Authority’s Procurement Systems.
• Ensure all quality control requirements on all works, goods, and services delivered by the Contractor, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist Building System Engineer (s) and FM Manager (s) on their respective work functions.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a recognized Diploma in Engineering or Building Services (or any other related field).
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in facilities management and related field.
