Job Responsibilities
(a)The implementation of the project personnel management system, establish and improve on-site personnel and labor management system.
(b)To implement the on-site Chinese and local personnel management requirements, implement the project management policies and requirements, and perform the duties of on-site personnel management.
(c)Responsible for the recruitment and dismissal of local employees, calculating, paying and paying salaries and salaries, insurance, individual taxes and provident funds for the employees concerned, and shall be responsible for explaining the work.
(d)Improve and supplement the project personnel management system, establish and improve the project personnel management system.
(e)Responsible for the project site staff file management, establishment of dynamic file management account and improve the project localization staff file account set up and update.
(f)To be familiar with and implement Singapore personnel labor laws and policies, implement personnel management system of higher level units, and carry out compliance inspection of project personnel system.
(g)Complete some administrative management tasks assigned by the leadership and cooperate with other departments to complete related work.
Work experience- More than 2 years of relevant work experience in Singapore's administrative human resources department 2. Master the resources and channels for recruiting personnel in Singapore or Malaysia
- Familiar with Singapore's local labor laws and related legal knowledge
