Woodlands - Supervisor

• Oversees and participates in repairs and improvements to facilities as needed.
• Take measurements to establish furniture dimensions during the design or construction of wooden structures
• Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves and other items and install them where designated
• Good physical condition and endurance
• Hands-on experience in working with carpentry machineries
• Must demonstrate a good attitude and abilities to lead a team
• Supervises carpenters to ensure safety and quality in the performance of assigned tasks.
• Estimate and purchase tools, materials, equipment and supplies as necessary to perform assigned duties and tasks.
• Coordinates and prioritizes shop and field work.
• Maintains paperwork as necessary for the operation of the carpentry department (may include time sheets, purchase orders, work orders, etc.).
• Constructs custom cabinetry and furniture as needed repairs or modifies furniture as needed.
• Conform to an established work schedule.

Able to withstand the outdoor harsh weathers.

Able to work overtime to complete the project on-time.

Able to follow the supervisor's daily instructions on-site
