Roles and Responsibilities
  • Verify billing documents and ensure accurate, timely customer invoicing.
  • Submit eInvoices to AGD or customers’ invoicing portal and prepare billing reports.
  • Post monthly sales accruals/reversals in SAP and work closely with the Order Management team.
  • Raise credit notes, handle internal/external customer inquiries, and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Prepare monthly KPI reports, escalation of rejection invoices, and ensure customer payment collection.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accountancy/Finance, LCCI/CAT, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in accounts receivable or collections.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently engage with customers.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
