Senior Structural Engineer
Mills is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join a highly regarded global engineering consultancy delivering major transport and infrastructure projects across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
This role suits a technically strong engineer with proven experience in underground infrastructure and multidisciplinary project delivery who is looking to step into a senior technical leadership position.
The Role
You will play a key role in the design and delivery of complex civil and structural infrastructure projects, supporting projects from feasibility through to detailed design and construction-stage services.
Working within a collaborative engineering environment, you will contribute to high-profile transport infrastructure programs while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver structural analysis and detailed design for major infrastructure projects
- Prepare structural calculations and technical documentation to relevant design standards
- Coordinate design interfaces across multidisciplinary teams
- Support project delivery through construction-stage engineering and technical advisory
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and review technical outputs
- Engage with clients and stakeholders throughout project delivery
- Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Strong experience delivering major infrastructure or transport projects
- Demonstrated expertise in underground structures such as stations, tunnels, shafts, or retaining structures
- Strong knowledge of structural design standards and finite element analysis software
- Experience managing design packages and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capability
