Key Responsibilities
- Policy Analysis and Risk Assessment:Evaluating insurance applications and determining eligibility, coverage, and associated risks.
- Policy Management:Processing new policies, renewals, extensions, and cancellations, and issuing necessary documentation.
- Customer Service:Addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the policy lifecycle.
