Urgent - Facilities Technician / Technician | Basic + OT

Summary:

• Salary range: $2,600 – $3,600
• AWS + Medical & Dental benefits provided
• 5 days work week

Facilities Technician

Job Scope:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works
• Attend to assigned work orders and coordinate schedules with the supervisor
• Maintain and service electrical, mechanical systems, and building equipment
• Repair electrical components such as motors, controllers, and related devices
• Perform installation of wiring, electrical, and lighting systems based on technical drawings
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV cabling systems
• Monitor inventory levels and request materials to ensure sufficient stock
• Estimate time and materials required for assigned tasks

Job Requirement:

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license is advantage.
• Candidates with ACMV (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) experience will be highly valued

Technician

Job Scope:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair works for equipment or systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or in-house
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
• Ensure all work is completed according to safety and quality standards
• Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors on work progress
• Perform ad-hoc technical duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• NITEC / Diploma in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
• Candidates with relevant technical experience are preferred
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
