Electrical Engineer
The role
Fuji SMBE Technology Pte Ltd, a leading provider of electrical engineering solutions, is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. In this full-time role based in the North Region, you will play a crucial part in the design, installation, and maintenance of our cutting-edge electrical systems and infrastructure.
Key responsibilities- Develop detailed design sketches from customer drawings, engineering calculations, specification sheets, and technical data to support product development
- Verify and check design drawings for compliance with customer specifications and design requirements to ensure accuracy and quality
- Collaborate with Sales, Project, and Engineering teams to maintain coordinated design efforts and project alignment
- Review final production drawings to ensure precision and adherence to electrical standards and regulations
- Confirm Material Requisition Orders align accurately with production drawings to support manufacturing processes
- Assist M&E consultants and contractors by providing design input for site modifications, alterations, and addition works to facilitate project execution
- Present and demonstrate product design criteria and solutions to internal teams and clients to communicate technical value
- Provide timely technical assistance and develop solutions to address design and production challenges effectively
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Proven expertise in electrical system design, installation, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for electrical engineering
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing project requirements
