• Manage day-to-day treasury and/or loan operations, ensuring settlements are completed accurately and within established timelines, controls, and service standards.
• Oversee SWIFT messaging activities and maintain related system processes.
• Ensure full adherence to internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and operational risk frameworks.
• Review, validate, and reconcile trading and settlement records across treasury and lending products.
• Lead process optimization initiatives, system upgrades, and the rollout of new products or operational enhancements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, counterparties, and clearing institutions to investigate and resolve payment or settlement discrepancies.
• Provide management support through reporting, audit coordination, and special project involvement.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in international banking, with exposure to treasury operations and/or wholesale lending.
• Solid knowledge of fund finance, structured or corporate financing, and loan instruments (e.g., SBLC/LC).
• Proficiency in SWIFT, Excel, and banking platforms, with strong attention to detail and a control-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with FX, Money Market instruments, Bonds, and Derivatives will be an added advantage.
