Main Roles and Responsibilities：
3） Cooperate with the Supervision and Audit department of the headquarter to implement regional company risk management and comprehensive internal control management;
4） Responsible for organizing and guiding the operating companies in the region to carry out compliance management and internal control management;
5） Responsible for establishing and improving the early warning system of local compliance operation in the region and within its operating companies;
- Take the lead in promoting the management and control of high-quality development in the region；
3） Cooperate with the Supervision and Audit department of the headquarter to implement regional company risk management and comprehensive internal control management;
4） Responsible for organizing and guiding the operating companies in the region to carry out compliance management and internal control management;
5） Responsible for establishing and improving the early warning system of local compliance operation in the region and within its operating companies;
6） Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the leader.
Requirements（including but not limited）：- Minimum academic requirement: master in law
- Major in law and holds Singapore Practicing Certificate
- Familiar with Singapore TMT laws and regulations
- Experience in compliance management in Singapore companies is prefered
