My client, located at Tuas is one of the key player in the power systems industry for over three decades. It specializes in designing and supplying customized power solutions that support mission-critical infrastructure across sectors such as commercial, manufacturing, data centers and more.

Your new role

As Admin & Sales Executive, your task is as below but not limited to:

• Maintain accurate sales records, provide monthly reports, and analyze win/loss data to improve performance.
• Streamline sales processes, ensure compliance with local regulations, and implement improvements for efficiency and customer experience.
• Coordinate meetings, manage project enquiries and aging orders, and maintain sales documentation and libraries.
• Prepare sales work orders, support quotations and operations through ERP, and follow up on enquiries.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide technical support to clients, consultants, and prospects.

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar industry but open for others too.
• Meticulous and proficient at coordinating administration works.
• Proficient communication skills in Mandarin to liaised with stakeholders.
• Preference for candidates in the West, but open to others that's willing to travel.
