- Monitoring student progress and maintaining detailed records
- Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth
- A bachelor's degree in English, Education or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English at the secondary school level
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong pedagogical skills and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
- Familiarity with the latest teaching methodologies and a commitment to ongoing professional development
