We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join us on a 4 months temporary contract, starting mid-November. This role is ideal for individuals who are available for short-term assignments and can contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Accounts- Perform GL posting for all receivables and payables
- Prepare and offset AR & AP vouchers
- Handle bank reconciliations and daily bank statement updates
- Update daily cash flow
- Prepare remittances for all payments
- Monitor monthly AR aging and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Manage inter-company AR & AP settlements
- Generate FX gain/loss reports
- Ensure timely month-end closing
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks related to Finance & Accounts
Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance or Accounting
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Experience with JD Edwards Accounting System is an advantage
- Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work independently
Contract Duration:
- 4 months (Temporary position)
