Support Engineer - Tampines
To support our growth, we are looking to recruit Support Engineer to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide front-line support for customer issues
Diagnose and troubleshoot system functionality issues both remotely and onsite
Conduct scheduled system maintenance
Support new project commissioning and testing
Escalate issues effectively to Level 2 support or suppliers for resolution
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Nitec in Computer or a related engineering field
Experience in customer environments and network-related skills is a plus
Good IT knowledge in Windows, Android, and networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, network security)
Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Strong proactive communication and analytical skills
Positive attitude and a good team player
Willing to work extended hours when required
