Geylang - HR Assistant - Marine & Offshore | 5 Days | Up to $3k | Jurong - YZ11

• Penjuru (Transport Pickup Provided at: Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Bishan & Serangoon)
• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm.
• Salary: S$ 2,200 - $3,000

• Provide full spectrum of HR and administrative support.
• Monitor and administer work pass application, renewal and cancellation related matters and activities.
• Response to MOM related survey.
• Draft and prepare letters when required (appointment, confirmation, increment and promotion etc).
• Maintain and update employee records and HR database, ensuring accuracy of employee information.
• Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
• Assist in organise team building and other company events.
• Ensure proper filing of documents.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

• NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 1-year of relevant experience in HR administration.
• Candidate should have a good knowledge of employment laws.
