Senior Plating Process Engineer is to manager new Copper/Nickel/Gold plating process.

• $5,000 - $6,000 Basic + AWS + VB

Adecco is partnering with a Global Micro Connectors Manufacturer to look for Senior Plating Process Engineer

The Job:

• Lead installation and industrialization of new plating processes, including surface activation pre-clean and electrolytic copper plating, from supplier evaluation to qualification and production ramp-up.
• Drive supplier and material qualification, developing chemical and material specifications with the Quality team while assessing suppliers across Singapore and ASEAN.
• Establish robust process control and stability, implementing characterization methods and collaborating with the chemical laboratory to ensure long-term plating bath performance.
• Ensure product quality and reliability, developing process FMEA, maintenance controls, and product characterization methods (cross-sections, electrical continuity testing) while working closely with production teams on copper, nickel, and gold plating integration.

• Degree/Diploma in chemical/chemistry/engineering or relevant discipline
• Experience in Copper/Nickel/Gold Plating Process
