Responsibilities:
- Master the fundamental operations of vessels and resource planning.
- Supervise activities at the quayside to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Utilize advanced Terminal Operations Systems for coordinating and managing container yard activities.
- Foster skill development in leadership and communication within the team.
- Oversee a team of equipment specialists to ensure proper execution of plans and meet critical service levels in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
