Snr mgr/avp, investor relations, corp communications & sustainability reporting - Bukit Merah

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Group Chief Financial Officer and the team, this role will be pivotal in managing the Company’s Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, and Sustainability Reporting functions. You will work across departments and with external stakeholders to drive corporate direction, strengthen investor confidence, and ensure sustainability compliance and reporting excellence.

• Investor Relations & Communications
• Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external communication strategies.
• Responsible for drafting and preparation of press releases, investor presentations, annual reports, and corporate collateral.
• Manage and maintain digital and traditional communication channels including the corporate website and social media.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with investors, analysts, media, and strategic partners.
• Organize and manage investor meetings, earnings briefings, and other IR-related events.
• Corporate & Media Relations
• Serve as a liaison with the media and other key stakeholders to ensure consistent and positive corporate visibility.
• Lead the planning and execution of corporate events and CSR campaigns that align with corporate values and objectives.
• Sustainability & ESG Reporting
• Responsible for the group's sustainability reporting process in accordance with relevant standards and framework.
• Manage the external assurance process for sustainability reports to ensure compliance with auditing and industry standards.
• Responsible for the external assurance process for sustainability reporting and ensure alignment with authority standard and industry best practices.
• Special Projects
• Support the Group CFO and the team in special projects as required.
• Assist in continuous improvement of communication and sustainability practices.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mass Communications, Literary Arts, New Media, Marketing, or equivalent fields.
• Minimum 8 – 10 years of relevant working experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, or Sustainability Reporting, preferably in a listed company environment.
• Candidates command with good verbal and written communication skills, candidates with financial skills will be preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with a meticulous, mature, and proactive work style.
• Proficiency in digital platforms, IR tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
