Job summary:

Candidates are responsible for the following duties:

• Responsible for the smooth and efficient operations of the restaurant
• Achieve sales and profit targets
• Maintain/Improve on HDC standards (Hospitality, Delicious and Cleanliness)
• Solicit customer feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers
• Consistently monitor product and labor costs to remain within budget
• Inventory control for food, beverage & packaging and all other stocks. (Stock count, ordering of stock)
• Provide training and coaching to staff.
• Involved in the various station works and the maintenance of the restaurant

• Minimum GCE N/O Level/ITE/Shatec/Diploma holders
• Preferably 2 years experience in F&B; Entry level/No experience are welcome to apply
• Able to perform shift work and work on weekends/PH
