Overview

We are looking for an experienced Centre of Excellence Manager to lead the development of standards, governance, and operational excellence across our Facilities Management (FM) portfolio. This role will drive service consistency, digital enablement, and continuous improvement across multi-site operations while supporting high-quality delivery of both hard and soft FM services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement FM standards, policies, and operational frameworks to ensure consistent service delivery
Provide technical leadership across hard and soft facilities services and support operational teams in resolving complex issues
Drive operational excellence initiatives, including performance monitoring, process improvement, and productivity enhancement
Lead the adoption and governance of CAFM systems, digital workflows, and data-driven decision making
Establish structured mobilisation frameworks for new contracts and site transitions
Promote sustainability initiatives such as energy efficiency and environmentally responsible operations
Support capability development through training, knowledge sharing, and best practice frameworks

Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline
10–15 years of experience in Facilities Management or large multi-site operations
Strong knowledge of FM service delivery, governance frameworks, and operational improvement
Experience in both hard and soft services environments
Familiarity with CAFM systems and digital FM solutions is an advantage
