Nurse Clinician - Intensive Care Unit

As a Nurse Clinician -Intensive Care Unit, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Direct, high-level nursing assessment, planning, and implementation of care for patients with life-threatening conditions.
• Managing advanced medical equipment, including mechanical ventilators, hemodialysis machines, and invasive monitoring lines.
• Developing, reviewing, and improving unit-specific nursing standards, policies, and infection control guidelines.
• Providing clinical guidance, training, and support to junior nurses and ensuring adherence to clinical safety practices.
• Acting as a liaison between consultants, specialists, and the nursing team to adjust treatment plans and improve patient safety.
• Offering emotional support and communicating updates to patients’ families on the patient's condition.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Nursing with valid SNB registration.
• At least 5 years of ICU experiences.
