Admin Assistant ( Sales Support)

Job Description:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Support the sales team with quotations, sales orders, purchase order or invoices
  • Coordinate and follow up on customer orders, delivery schedules, and payments
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer databases
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking sales performance
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, finance) to ensure smooth order processing
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Effective communication and coordination abilities.
