Job Description:
- Handle daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support the sales team with quotations, sales orders, purchase order or invoices
- Coordinate and follow up on customer orders, delivery schedules, and payments
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer databases
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking sales performance
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., warehouse, finance) to ensure smooth order processing
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
