Store Assistant

About the role

Chlor-Al Chemical Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Store Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Tuas West Region. This full-time position will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our chemical warehousing and distribution operations.

• Receiving, inspecting and verifying incoming inventory items against purchase orders
• Loading and unloading of containers
• Assisting in warehouse inventory management
• Receiving local/overseas cargoes and arrange to store at warehouse
• Loading cargoes for overseas truck
• Picking, packing and dispatching orders to meet customer delivery requirements
• Assisting with the maintenance of a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment
• Supporting the logistics team with general administrative tasks as needed

• No formal education or experience needed
• Previous experience in a manufacturing is preferred but not required
• Candidate possesses forklift license would be an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment
