About the role
Become a Sales Executive in the dynamic Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry. This full-time role, based in the Changi Airport Cargo Complex, will see you playing a vital part in driving the sales and growth of this established company. As a Sales Executive, you will use your exceptional customer service and sales skills to cultivate relationships with new and existing clients.
What you'll be doing- Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Manage and develop existing client relationships to maximise sales and revenue
- Respond to client inquiries and provide tailored, solutions-focused support
- Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients
- Collaborate with the broader team to implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales prospects
- Prepare sales reports and presentations to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure sales
- Tenacious, target-driven and results-oriented approach to sales
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Knowledge of the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry and key market trends
