About the role

Become a Sales Executive in the dynamic Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry. This full-time role, based in the Changi Airport Cargo Complex, will see you playing a vital part in driving the sales and growth of this established company. As a Sales Executive, you will use your exceptional customer service and sales skills to cultivate relationships with new and existing clients.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
Manage and develop existing client relationships to maximise sales and revenue
Respond to client inquiries and provide tailored, solutions-focused support
Negotiate and close sales contracts with clients
Collaborate with the broader team to implement effective sales strategies
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales prospects
Prepare sales reports and presentations to track performance and identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure sales
Tenacious, target-driven and results-oriented approach to sales
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Knowledge of the Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry and key market trends
