• Adecco is partnering with a global consumer tech leader to hire a Marketing Program Manager (APAC).
• This role offers a unique opportunity to lead core marketing asset delivery and brand operations across APAC, working with multiple cross-functional teams and managing vendor partners to ensure timely, high-quality execution.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably with exposure to brand or asset management.
• Strong program management skills, capable of driving complex projects across multiple markets.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and vendors.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate across regions and functions.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical, with a track record of solving problems and improving processes.
• Background in the tech industry or with product-based companies is a bonus, but not mandatory.

Job Description

• Own and lead core asset workstreams across a portfolio of consumer hardware and connected devices in APAC.
• Oversee localisation and delivery of over 2,000 assets annually (e.g., packaging, messaging, UI screens, how-to videos, press accolades).
• Coordinate across regional stakeholders on assets for internal marketing platforms, websites, and CRM.

• Support and implement new global brand processes and standards across APAC.
• Lead the Localisation Copy Validation Program and manage brand team vendors.
• Oversee brand budget management and deliver quarterly GTM/brand surveys with actionable insights.

• Lead and support the day-to-day work of two vendor team members focused on asset delivery.
• Collaborate closely with internal brand, marketing, and regional teams to align priorities and timelines.
• Maintain clear communication and documentation across all program activities.
