  • About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Project & Construction Manager to lead and oversee hotel development projects from concept stage to full completion. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end project ownership, cross-functional coordination, and delivering high-quality hospitality spaces.

?️ Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full lifecycle of hotel projects from pre-opening planning to construction completion and handover
  • Conduct site inspections and feasibility assessments, including property condition, layout planning, fire safety, MEP systems, renovation feasibility, and cost evaluation
  • Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, and consultants to ensure design intent is successfully executed within budget and operational requirements
  • Select, negotiate, and manage contractors, consultants, and suppliers; develop and monitor detailed construction schedules
  • Oversee project progress, ensuring quality, safety, timeline, and budget targets are met
  • Work closely with design, engineering, procurement, and operations teams to resolve project challenges
  • Manage key construction stages including FF&E, fit-out works, MEP systems, fire protection, and low-voltage systems
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, permits, and fire safety inspections
  • Develop and implement hotel construction standards, engineering guidelines, and vendor management systems
  • Perform additional pre-opening and project-related duties as assigned by management
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering Management, Hotel Management, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hotel development, commercial construction, or large-scale fit-out projects
  • Strong preference for candidates with full-cycle hotel pre-opening or renovation experience (economy, midscale, or upscale hotels, serviced apartments, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, MEP systems, fire protection, HVAC, and site operations
  • Understanding of hotel functional planning including guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and F&B spaces
  • Proven ability to source and manage contractors and suppliers independently
  • Strong project management skills with ability to control cost, schedule, and quality
  • Willingness to be based on-site long-term or travel frequently
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the Philippines or Southeast Asia projects is an advantage

  • Experience working with international hotel chains
  • Proven “from 0 to 1” hotel development experience
  • Overseas project exposure
  • Understanding of hotel operations workflows
  • Experience in cost optimization and value engineering
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or SketchUp
