Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Assist in recruiting, training, and scheduling team members while fostering a positive work environment.
  • Customer Service: Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Oversight: Coordinate seamlessly between the front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flows.
  • Inventory & Supplies: Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and kitchenware, place orders, and manage vendor relationships.
  • Compliance & Hygiene: Ensure the establishment complies with all local health, safety, and licensing regulations
Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of previous supervisory or management experience in the F&B industry.
