We’reHiring: Operations Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a driven and results-orientedOperations Manager to lead and strengthen retail operations across multipleoutlets in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in afast-paced retail environment and has a strong focus on business growth andoperational excellence.

KeyResponsibilities

Sales Target Management

Develop and break down sales targets for retail outlets
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive business growth

Store Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outlets
Ensure proper execution of merchandising, store layout, and promotional activitiesaccording to company standards

Product & Merchandise Management

Optimize SKU structure and product assortment
Identify and develop best-selling products to improve sales and gross profit

Data Analysis

Analyze sales, inventory, and operational performance data
Develop improvement strategies based on business insights

Campaign & Promotion Execution

Planand execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities
Conductpost-campaign analysis and optimize future executions

Team Management

Establish outlet ranking, KPI, and incentive systems
Drive team performance and strengthen operational execution

✅Requirements

Minimum 3 years of operations experience in FMCG orretail industry
Experience managing multiple retail outlets preferred
Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification
Proficient in English and Chinese communication
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation
Familiar with retail operations and merchandise management
Strong leadership, operational execution, and problem-solving skills
Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to travel between outlets for operational management
