Marketing executive

Company Overview: We are a leading commodity trading company specializing in Silica Sands and Coal mining.

Need to stay in the mine in Indonesia to co-operate with the mine engineer and assess the quality control.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Sales-Marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market share within the commodity trading sector in India and South East Asia.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients in India and South East Asia key markets.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring compliance with contractual and pricing policies.
• Stay in the mine and work closely with the Mine Engineer.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of sales process.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance against targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in a sales role within the commodity trading industry in Silica products, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and supply chain process.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Bhasha Indonesia is an advantage due to client base diversity.
